Como ya hemos comentado en anteriores entradas de blog, desde el pasado año 2018 se ha llevado a cabo el Proyecto CESEM: Competitividad para la Economía Social en el ámbito de la Enfermedad Mental.
El proyecto ha estado liderado por Fundación INTRAS y formado por un partenariado de entidades compuesto por Fundació CHM Les Corts, Fundación Benito J Feijoo, Fundación Ramón Rey Ardid, Fundación Sorapán de Rieros y Mobiliario y Stands ISOL, además de la propia entidad de ISEM.
El objetivo general del Proyecto CESEM ha sido la mejora integral de la competitividad de las empresas de la economía social vinculadas al empleo de personas con enfermedad mental, que surgió de un análisis de necesidades llevado a cabo a lo largo de 2017 por los miembros de ISEM, plataforma de la que son miembros los socios de este proyecto.
Las acciones realizadas se han estructurado en 3 fases diferenciadas, además se han llevado a cabo diversas reuniones físicas aprovechando las sesiones informativas y visitas de estudio, así como por videoconferencia para tareas de coordinación y de esta manera asegurar un buen seguimiento e implementación del proyecto.
Un total de 168 personas y 12 entidades han participado en el Proyecto, consiguiendo unos resultados más que satisfactorios.
- En cuanto a la primera fase, se ha conseguido que la plataforma de gestión del conocimiento funcione a pleno rendimiento, captando convocatorias de interés para las entidades socias y documentos y publicaciones, y se espera poder continuar con la actividad de la misma.
- Por otro lado, en la segunda fase, las dos líneas de actividad han arrojado buenos resultados: se ha conseguido la reactivación de un CEE en Extremadura y la línea de actividad ha generado 3 empleos. En la línea de actividad de Mobiliario y Stands de Murcia, se han generado 8 empleos directos y desarrollado acciones de fidelización de clientes y especialización en Murcia, además de la realización de un plan de marketing y comunicación.
- Por último, en la tercera fase, la investigación sobre las unidades de apoyo para mejorar su competitividad ha permitido extraer las primeras conclusiones y detectar mejoras a la hora de recabar datos sobre empleo de personas con enfermedad mental. Fruto de todo ello se ha elaborado un estudio/diagnóstico que se difundirá en breve, ya que seguimos a la espera de poder contrastar datos con organismos públicos.
Se han alcanzado, y en ocasiones superado, los objetivos marcados, permitiendo que entidades de economía social desarrollen, mantengan y proyecten nuevas actividades, así como un fortalecimiento de la red de trabajo, haciéndola más colaborativa y estructurada. Todo ello ha contribuido a mejorar la competitividad de estas entidades de economía social, y el fin último que es mejorar la empleabilidad de personas con algún tipo de problema de salud mental.
